Tae Kwon Do Martial Art ***NEW AT BODY IMAGES***
Participants are taught a very traditional and disciplined style of Tae Kwon Do. Students, ages 6 – adult, will learn forms, sparring combinations, attack/counter-attack 1-step maneuvers as well as participate in controlled full-contact sparring. Students will benefit from: improved coordination and focus, increased flexibility and core strength as well as establishing confidence and self-discipline. Certified black-belt instructors Marc Harder and Ryan Wasmund will conduct all classes.
