Fitness Hour For Moms and Kids

Moms start out your day with great cardio and toning workout for oyu anfd FUN social time for your child. Little children can do this class along with you in their stroller. There’s also 15 minutes at the end of class for playtime and activities for you and them. It’s a great way to start your morning and stay fit! This class is open to anyone.

CARDIO, CORE AND STRENGTH

One fabulous workout! Boot camp style exercise class using various weights, tubing, balls, and the STEP. Journey thru calisthenics and core strength, mixed with cardio intervals and unique choreography. Bring mat and towel and be prepared to sweat!

PILATES FOR ALL LEVELS

Get flatter abs, gain overall body length, loss of body weight, tone and sculpt long lean muscles, relieve joint stress and improve posture in this great class. This class is for all levels. Beginners welcomed and encouraged.

YOGA

Come and stretch gently and deeply. Learn to breathe and help your body relax. Release mental tension for an overall sense of well-being. Improve your balance, muscle strength and tone. Increase your flexibility. And the best part…the nap at the end of class!! Yoga style “sticky” mat recommended.

 Hi/Low Fever!

Get up – Get Down – Get Moving – this non-stop, high/low cardio, high -energy class is designed for fat burning with easy and FUN moves to great music. Keep your feet moving through seamless transitions of step touches, grapevines, and much more with performance peaks which gives this workout its never-ending challenge! Toning with tubing and sculpting with hand-held weights completes this great workout and it is for all fitness levels. Come prepared to “turn up the heat”!
